During the course of our engagements, we will collect information from you from your tax organizers, worksheets, documents, and discussions in addition to other data from financial statements, records, and other documents, which we will examine during the course of our engagements.
We take this opportunity to inform you that in accordance with the policies of Delucchi Hawn, LLP, we are required to keep all information about our engagements confidential and we will not disclose any nonpublic personal information about any current or former client and will limit the access to such information only to employees of our Firm who need it in order to complete work that they are engaged to do. Our Firm maintains physical, procedural, and electronic safeguards to protect your information.
We also must remind you that we cannot disclose any personal or confidential information to anyone outside of our Firm or outside of yourself without your WRITTEN permission to do so. Should you need to have any information from the Firm disclosed or forwarded to any lender, banker, insurance agency, or other entity, please contact us in advance so a proper “Permission to Disclose” statement can be signed by you and provided to us in order to comply with your requirements.
